Historic Restoration Tai Ventures LLC retained Joseph Michael Kelly, architect and engineer to renovate their historic buildings. Mr. Kelly specializes in historic preservation architecture and has more than 35 years of experience in architecture. Under his supervision, substantial renovation of the Knox and Mead Building at 13 1st Street and Bank of Troy Building at 17 1st Street has been completed. Mr. Kelly has done an outstanding job in renovating these buildings. He has consistently performed the work expeditiously, effectively and with the highest quality. We strongly believe that our efforts to restore the historical character of these buildings will enhance the beauty and the sense of community of our neighborhood. We believe the vitality of the city comes from people living and working in the neighborhood. We look forward to being a part of this major collective effort to reshape and revitalize Troy. |
